You will have opportunities during your stay to take day trips around the local area, such as visiting beautiful waterfalls, caves, hot springs, hill tribe villages and other temples in order to fully experience the beauty and cultural diversity of this unforgettable corner of the world.

These visits can also help your practice through encouraging the cultivation of compassion for those in the area who struggle with limited resources, as well as gratitude for the warmth, kindness and hospitality shown by our neighbours and community.
